I demand that the GuildCP be fixed.

I beg you, no, as a paying customer, I demand that you, Stefan, Unixmad, or whoever is responsible, fix the guild control panel immediately! I have been waiting for nearly a month for you to fix it; I am getting very, very impatient. One of the reasons I continued to play Graal was because of the guild system, and how it worked. This also had a huge influence in me actually paying for Graal, as well, so I could play along side fellow guildsmen, only to have the system down not long after I pay, and down longer than expected. You haven’t even updated the expected completion time, and have given us no updates on why it is taking so long.

This is not even the first time of such an occurrence, the GuildCP has gone belly up on several occasions, and gone months without being fixed. Now that Graal has gone completely pay based, I had hoped you would improve services. Instead though, you go to ignoring guilds, you have even gone and started a 3D program even though 2k2 is not finished. You act like guilds are an unimportant part of Graal, well, they are not, they are a very important reason for a lot of players to continue playing Graal. I do not want any excuses either, I am a paying customer, and the customer, is always right, if you forget that, you might as well forget getting any profit.

I post this here, on the forums, so others may add comments, because I am sure I am not the only one that dislikes the current guild situation.

It took a lot of time for Strome (the one working on the website) to fix all the problems with the old system. There is now a new guild management using the database. It is already ingegrated into the server code (when you play on Graal Kingdoms), and very soon the website things will be opened again. Sorry for the down times, we understand that the guilds things are very important for many players.

I hate that phrase 'the customer is always right', it is possible to have a stupid idea, like if a customer said 'unixmad should sell naked pictures of himself for profit' do you think the customer is right?

the guildcp will be working better than it has in 2 years as soon as strome is finished with it

I can't wait until a month from now, when another post gets made again, because I highly doubt it will be released within the next while.

All they have to do is make a guild database and some tag adder NPCs.

Wrong, if you don't like the services, find new services from another game. Harsh, but its the way things are.

And some of the new things are already showing. Like if you login with your Kingdom tag on, it says "That is not a Guild" or something like that. But, it is one, so that should be fixed.

Things to say to help you get banned!

When you signed up for Graal it stated the following things which would render your 'demands' useless.

I. The admins have the right to judge on what is right and what is wrong

II. The Staff are very busy and they will atleast try to reply to your problems. But when you request something it'll probaly be put on bottom.

-----
So according to the Agreement, Stefan and Unixmad can sit around all day and laugh at you.

The staffers dont have to reply or 'meet' your pms/demands... And the can ban you for going on the forums and going
"I DEMAND THAT BLAH BLAH BE DONE!"

Theres 2 ways to say your opinion about the GuildCP.

1. The Guild Manager is an important part of the Graal community, and it would be in our best interest if we got it back as soon as possible. Thank you.

2. HURRY UP WITH THE GUILDCP YOU LAZY BUMS.

Pick one.

Fixing a complex system like GuildCP for one server seems kind of hard and pointless. Wouldn't it be easier to just fix Classic so it can get an NPCServer?

They've been doing that for some months.

Going through over six thousand levels takes quite a bit of time, converting every script and putting them in the correct place, adding new stuff and fixing level errors will take a while, and I think that there are only three or four people working on it.

Well, often, as soon as GuildCP gets back up, it goes down again. Once Classic is fixed, there shouldn't be anymore problems.

Actually, it's in their best interest listen to their customers, especially ones on here, as they are either VIP (like), or Gold Subscribers. Come a year (or 6/3 months, or however much time they have left) from now, the majority will be looking to renew, and if they are not happy with the services they get, they may very well decide not to pay again. Also, the more happy customers there are, the more of a chance there are of getting new ones. Newbies (like them, or not) help Graal grow, and let it continue by providing more revenue.

if that were true then:

We had about 800-1000 people playing before May, now we have 200-300 people AT MOST between all the servers. thats a 700 player loss. If five more joined for those 700, then stefan would have alot of cashmonies.

700 people times 5 for the replacement, times $39 for the minimum fee (I think).

200-300?! No, more like 500-600.

I have noticed a sharp increase in the players on the servers UN, Era, Delteria, Classic, and Valikorlia. At peak times, they almost all have about 100 players.

The people that left because of full p2p didn't make Graal lose money. In fact, it probably gained them a lot more. People who don't pay and leave Graal is good. Less bandwidth being taken up.

I'm sorry if this sounds like an insult or something, but YOU MUST BE SMOKIN SOME BAD ASS STUFF ;o

In peak times, its 100 on era, and then 60 for about 5 servers. Then 10 for 2 servers, and 1 for the rest. So maybe an inbetween, lets say 300-400

There's a counter of total active players on the website.

You'd make a lot more sense if you looked at it.

In peak times, its 100 on era, and then 60 for about 5 servers. Then 10 for 2 servers, and 1 for the rest. So maybe an inbetween, lets say 300-400
UN had about 120 people on yesterday. Era had about 100, while Classic, Delteria, and Valikorlia had about 80 or so people on it. Plus with all the other servers, we average about 500-600.

Graal gets about 600 players on weekdays.
About 700 on weekends.
If you look at the Graal homepage it shows how many are online.
Right now there are 705 players online.
