Shops

Well, heres a idea... There should be shops made specifically for things such as a "Weapon Shop" that would only sell weapons. Or a "Ring Shop" that would only sell rings. A "Scroll Shop" where one section is skill scrolls and the other are just normal scrolls. And "Spell Shops", etc..I also think spawn times on certain items such as IWD should be alot faster then they are now. And the prices should be lowered a little, I don't mean dramatically but just so we don't spend all of our money on one ring such as RoF or RoS or something.
