Exclamation Big, spontaneous restart-style problem

While playing Graal, my computer (1.3GhZ AMD Athlon, 256MB RAM, 32MB nVidia GeForce2 MX) will suddenly and without warning shut off. This only ever happens while crossing level links, and only ever happens when playing Graal... and it seems to happen across all servers - it's happened on Classic, Rudora, Era and Providence, amongst others. It doesn't seem to be dependent on a certain script, though, as I can enter any levels that caused the problem again and again and again with no discernable side effects.

What's really weird, though, is that the effect is EXACTLY as if the reset button on the front of my computer is pressed. There's even a little click noise, ScanDisk is disabled on startup, and it takes the same time for booting..

There's nothing physically wrong with the machine, and it can occur randomly throughout the day, at startup or at 11 PM, so it's not a problem like overheating. The power cables and everything are all fine. No other DirectX game - no other application, even - causes the same problem.

I have the latest Graal download at time of writing - v.2.1.7.0 - and am using all the most memory-efficient Graal options.

Is this a known bug, or is this something new?

Tyhm has a spectacular aura about
I'd take a look at my reset button. Pop the case, unplug the wires to it, see if it still does it. But that's me.

Maybe when you're playing Graal... You get excited and bump your power strip switch. (Lord knows I've done it before )

you sure its only during level links? x.x

if its just shutting down, it could be what tyhm said, or your cpu or ram is overheating, or your power supply could be bad (this is if it had nothing to do with graal)

The computer is on a sort of raised ledge about a metre away, so it's remarkably hard to accidentally nudge it. The power cables all run under the table, but they're old-fashioned power strips with no on/off button. Plug 'em in or pull 'em out. :P

Like I said, I'm sure it only happens on level links. It's never when I'm idling, or paused, or even walking around in a level. Leaving buildings rarely does it, it tends to be walking around on an overworld... Graal Bomy Moon caused the same bug last night, too.

It only started happening.. I'm not exactly sure of the version, but I'd have said it worked fine before v.2.1.6.0.
