This Amulet costs around 500 to 600p. It gives armour+20.
Amulet (armour+24) is half its price, and gives +4 more.
Shielding ammy should have a armour restance of say 50-60

Why is that? He has a point. If you wait you can get a ring (armor +30) for the same price as any other ring (armor +#). Amulet of Shielding costs a lot more than the rings and gives a lot less armor so why would anyone be stupid and buy it?

yes but 50+ is too much for an amulet, physical resistance is like what you need to take less damage think of you running around with 100Physical Resistance

You do know that an item that has 50 physical resistance won't exactly give you 50 if you wear armor? It would only give 20 or so. If you wear no armor you will get the full potential of the amulet. So it won't put anyone above 85 or so.
