Will there be a clearance of the kingdom?

I have heard it talked about, but will everyone be removed from teh kingdom then re-added?

I'd rather not, I'd rather manually remove people who are inactive from the kingdom slowly and gradually than do a complete wipe. By doing a wipe I think you lose confidence people have bestowed in you and they might turn around to join another kingdom.
