Little idea to stop disc/comp freeze death

Heres a good idea:

The server pings to the players that are online. It pings to every player. But if the server pings a player but the player's computer doesnt ping back the server will disconnect the player from graal right away.

Watch the server ping someone with a 28kb/s modem and disconnect him.

firewalls block ping packets
