AIM chats visually look better than iParties, you can play MP3s in them ( I can't in iparty because of my stupid sound card ) and if someone is being stupid or annoying, you can put them on ignore. You can't do that in iParty, you just have to either leave or be disgusted.

i can't make it, my comp that has iParty is currenly being fixed because it won't recognize my ethernet card for some reason
if anyone has suggestions as to why not, please tell me
