Level ups

i think its unfair how when you level up its double the exp to get to the next level and the exp you recieve is almost halfed. either the exp you recieve stays the same every level and the exp to level up is increased, or the exp you recieve goes down every level and the exp needed to level up stays the same

It's just an arbitrary scale, for Pete's sake. How is it unfair? You'd still need to kill as many monsters either way.

Uhmmmm....

I don't think 1exp per monster to get x amount of exp for the next level is the same as .5 exp per monster to get 2x teh ammount of exp. is the same ammount of effort...

I dunno...

I kinda find it not noticable, but less exp doesn't make sense... I can understand doubling the ammount needed, but actually reciving less isn't as fun

Instead of doubling effort to level up, it actually quadruples the ammount of effort.... So it's not really fair to get to level 7 by having to work double the time it took to get to level 6. That's a loooooooong time!

Gah, will you people listen to yourselves? What the heck is this "fair" supposed to be? You have to kill a certain amount of bad guys to level up. It's not personal, it's not about Stefan and Unixmad trying to annoy you. It's just game design. If you make the players need to kill fewer then it becomes too easy.

I think there just needs to be more monsters that are higher levels, and maybe a few gigantic bosses that you will need to bring along friends to defeat.

At any given level (except 1 and 2) to get to the next level, you have to kill double the amount of baddies it took you to get all the way up to the level you are now. Actually more. But I like it, it will prevent from people getting too much higher than others.

I think that they need to put more monsters up that give more EXP. Killing Shell Bomy's is getting old, but they are the only good EXP right now

guys that give more exp would be great, shell bomys are getting old and boring, and the amount of baddies you have to kill just sucks the modivation out of you wanting to lvl up

If that happens, they better get the party exp system working.
