Let's Attract Players To Graal

I am writing this thread because I think its about time we all put our minds together and thought of various ways tol ure more players into Graal. Currently there are only 100 people playing in the evening on Graal Classic. I think it would be nice if we could boost this value up to around 200-250. I am only using Graal Classic as an example. Now I do not want loads of messages about how you want the "good old days of 1.39 back" or something, I want positive suggestions for ways we can get more players into Graal. We dont even need these people to be p2p, but the more players we have, the more we attract. I had the following ideas:

1/Instead of making people pay $15 for an acount, instead why not bring back the old system of trial accounts, and why not make it so that if you are on a trial account you have to click on some banned adverts before being allowed to play.

2/You could make it so that people can buy a subscription to the forums. Loads of people dont play Graal, but still use the forums. This is just another way of getting money without making p2p allmost compulsory.

3/If you have a site that is about anything, I mean absolutely anything, could GraalOnline post a banner advert on your site, that would attract more visitors.

4/Surely the servers who have less than 10 people on 24/7 should be deleated because this is costing GraalOnline money.

5/Possibly people could pay for @graalonline.com e-mail addresses. I myself would probably pay for a [email protected] e-mail address.

ANY suggestions or things to help would be welcomed greatly.

That would be a good idea O_o But, I have something to add, maybe we should bring back ghost mode for trial members on classic servers. But even if we did that, the tons of people that quit would hafta find out about this...Hmm.

I think there have to be some big events, I don't know ho they'd be organized, but big events that would attract people to come back. Maybe huge guild tournaments organized by staff or something *shrugs*

I'm not really attuned to whats up on Classic.

For that to happen you'd have to have guilds with more than three active members...

There are very few guilds with that requirment
The Sabbat
US
Brotherhood. Thats about it

Lies. Sabbat and US recruit anyone. Why put requirements on a guild at a time like this?

For a guild tournament Albus...

Yea sorry, misread it wrong. Anyway, there are actually quite a few guilds with plenty active members.

Big Events including Playerworlds in would be cool...

But I still think the banner idea is the best one... I mean, doing big events would make Graal better but only to the players that already play Graal... And to the ones that don't even know what Graal is?
GraalOnline pratically doesn't have ANY banner at websites... At least I never saw one.

My friend told me about Graal and I liked it but if no one say to their friends about Graal, the game will die...
That's why we need more publicity...

Maybe if Stefan/Unixmad make the worlds biggest waffle and put www.graalonline.com in the middle, we will get some publicity!

Not nesicerially.
It depends on how they market it.
If it's only sold on the Graal website like the mouspads etc the not many players will be attracted to it because they wouldn't know about it.
If it is sold in stores then it would attract players to the game but I remember someting about Unix (I think itwas Unix) saying itwas only going to be sold on the site.
