i wanted to hire people for police that didnt have any other jobs
jobs on 2001,i had near 30 applications for the jobs.i had picked out some to hire, then waited for a couple days so i could observe them playing here.then came a major problem, since i got their applications for the job i havent seen them playing here.so i fell back on the old tried and true method, im hiring the people i feel are most qualified, disregarding the time zone they live and whether they presently have a job here or not.
