What is better?

Ok I went and made one Gold Chain Mail and one Bronze Plate Mail.

The Chain Mail drops my AC down to 2 with everything I have on and my Phy res up to 32.

The Plate Mail drops my AC to 1 and my phy res to 31.

Which is better to have, lower AC or higher Physical Resistance?

AC is better. Go with bronze plate mail.
