Unix Help!!!!!

i dunno what happined but just now i couldn't equip my items so i reconnected and then My WHOLE invantory was gone, i even saved before, and i looked in and ihad nothing....yet i can still use my watering can which i had equipted but i can't take it off and i lost all my items and everrything, can you please get them back for me
