How do you use Constitution bonus?

I recently bought a weapon preperation scroll and a weapon damage increase scroll laid the diamond and inc my damage. Now I bought a Improve constitution bonus but how the heck do I use it??

it is kinda tricky....
say:
/mark 'weapon name'
example: /mark flaming sword
then lay the diamond, use the prepare scroll(double click), then use the con bonus, it would show it as anUk's +1 flaming sword (improved 1/1)
the contitution will rise only when the weapon is wielded....it was hard to figure out but i got it after a while
if you want to improve dex, con, str, and what ever, then you need a prepare weapon scroll each time you want to do this, this will get very costly and i dont know if it is worth spending all that money on....i bought prepare wep and enchant wep, cost me 2400 and i dont recall it doing n e thing, >.<
