Server limitations?

What exactly can a Classic Server have on it? Lighting effects, new tilesets, NPC server, or what? I need some verification. No one seems to know anything about the limitations.

Ditto for Graal Gold servers.

You need to know these things if you're going to build a playerworld.

1.) dont worry about a gold server
2.) some of the limitations include no 3d terrains, and a few serveroptions that work on gold servers are void on classic ones, like ghostmodefornonstaff

Yeah, gold servers are ran/administered by Stefan, with the exception of Classic, persay.

So there's no limitations then, is that you're saying Jagen?

as long as its within the boundaries specified in the sticky in this forum, you should be fine

the limitations are the limitations that the actual program has, although stefan has told be 2k1 isn't 'allowed' to use 3d gmaps (aka terrains) so you could say the only true gold server is 2k2
