NPC Server being funky

On enigma, ever since stefan restarted it.

everythings been real weired.
actionprojectiles has been doing weired thing

i do setshootparams throwitems;
and it receives as rocks
sometimes it even receives as arrow and lays an arrow -_-

is there a way to fix this? because if pw inspecters see this they may think this is my fault, and its not because it worked perfect before the restart.

before the restart i also had 2 database npc's that disappeared after restart (didnt show in logs as gone)

i asked to have them reloaded because they were saved, can i get this done.
