You should be able to choose at the beginning and that's it.

Setting it ingame is really lame, same with heads and whatnot.

How about going to a Tailor and getting arm(shirtsleeves) made/colored? Same with other clothes.

They could just make a clothes shop.

Instead of saying "setarms arms27.gif" and so on you can look at the parts (clothes) and then buy them for money/minerals/stuff and they go into the clothes part.
Also there should be

Left arm
Right arm
Left leg
Right leg
Upper Left Body
Upper Right Body
Lower Left Body
Lower Right Body
Left Hand
Right Hand
Left Foot
Right Foot
Accessory 1
Accessory 2
Accessory 3

So you can mix and match things.

Accessories are things like:
Jewellery
Necklaces
Bracelets
Amulets
Chains
Ties
and so on.

I don't see why so many people want Graal to be realistic, it's an overview animated game. Asking for it to be real is just so blatantly stupid. I can understand people wanting counter strike to be realistic, but not graal, the thought of it is idiotic.

i spend 10+ hours on graal, usually idling and talking on aim in between crap, and watch cartoon network. alls i do is play graal and watch cartoons

( sorry, i didnt realize you liked them lol )

but i think the 2001 graphics look more like cartoons than 2002. and no offense ro konidias. but oasis is as much of a cartoon as it comes

I think the 2k2 houses are cartoony, but the 2k1 houses are just.. pixelly. I guess you could call them cartoony, but 2k2 ones look good enough to actually BE IN A CARTOON. I hope you guys are not trying to make 2k2 realistic. Adding stuff like cool fighting is good, but all those "realistic" trees.. = ech

i agree somewhat. i dont like the real trees, hell, their file names are realtree1-20.png
