I hear tell alot of these IP bans and ban evasion. I am moving to Florida from Canada for awhile, and my IP will change. Does this mean that Graal with think I am a dodger?

They seem to IP ban but not account ban for some reason. So people with dynamic IP's, or with multiple computers can play regardless =/
