Heres some input I have for graal2001. Considering we were mistold and did not get to participate in the big meeting I decided to make a thread for us to post in.

Lets start from the top.

A) I feel all kingdoms should be blown up.

The 4 starters should remain + possibly Karakaze. Dustari, Zormite, Karakaze, Samurai, and Pirates should be the only kingdoms. Elven is just plain dumb and Orc although suceeding has done more harm than good. Well, not exactly just orcs dont fit in. I enjoy the whole setting that we had right when we started. Dustari and Zormites being huge kingdoms with respected leaders. Than pirates and Samurai being small yet quiet and secure. But, Pirates would always sneak an attack in. That keeps us to 2 races, humans and zormite. I love old kingdoms. With correct management they can be magnificient. We do not know when the arrival of 2k2 will come so rp'ing until then will be a plus!

B) Complete server reset. I hate this damn economy and it makes events almost pointless. Who wants 100 gralet when they have 50+k? I say complete reset to make events prizes go down, fun factor go up, and possibly more action in the 2k1 community.

C) Admins get focused on ONE job. These 3 million jobs you are working on is pointless. We wait months for one thing because noone is working as a team. Work together on one specific goal and you can get it done in no time!

D) RP admin with POWER. Let him be able to change levels and stuff incase huge rp events went down such as the attack upon a kingdom etc.

E) Events team is pointless without an economy reset. Thats all I can really say. We can give out 100 gralet prizes and they are like receiving a pearl. Its really pointless now a days.

F) I ask for an NPC to be made alike classics GC staff item. For hosting events that would be heaven. Being able to place blocker things those survivor bombs are absolutely marvelous.

G) The ideas expressed above are rough. I have'nt thought them out for days and they just came out of my mind as I have always pictured it.

I agree.. They need to also work on ONE project at a time and start releasing something good/decent..

I saw on toalls yesterday...almost everyone who was toalling said they would quit if a reset SO THERES NOT GONNA BE ONE SO SHUT THE **** UP ABOUT IT

Theres no need for a economy reset anymore there was alot of money put into that donation thing I dont see that many rich people anymore. Plus weve already discussed this what the point of reseting somthing so it can happen again?

The problems with keeping just thoose.

1) Gets boring after awhile.
2) They never recruit

We need to split Graal 2001 is to many different zones (100+) and each zone can be controlled by a kingdom. Then we can get into things like kingdom wars that actually mean something. Oh and also, each zone should have a tower in it. This way if they attack your zone you at least have the tower and some defenses against the aggressors.

I want orc taken down. I also want Elven taken down. I know I can get orc gone. Penchoo and I started it and penchoo is banned and I want kingdoms more packed into a set few. Oh heres another example of why elven should go.

we need a simple little server devoted to kingdsoms, with no flashy npcs that took years to script, just a nice little RP world world were we could play around and have fun.

I completely agree. The four kingdoms and Karakaze would work pefectly.

Get rid of the events team and let players host their own events with the help of NPCs.

Or just petition for Graal2002 to be removed so that Stefan spends more time like he used to on Graal2001, that's when it used to be fun.

Fun fact: Graal 2001 does not need Stefan, it needs productivity. Stefan is doing exactly what he should be doing; creating new ventures for his and unixmad's business. It's the staff and team on 2k1 that need to do more, Stefan is not necessary.

Why cant these guilds have fun and have a hideout type thing? It doesn't affect your RPing or anything like that just because they're there. I don't really consider them a kingdom, just a guild, or small group of people.

I have over 6k, and I still like getting 100g prizes for events. Hey, I even like getting 30g prizes. Maybe there could be some NPCs that ETs have the power to give out for events. You can't buy or trade them, only give them out to the winner of events.

If you reset the economy, many people would also quit. I don't want to lose everything I've worked for.

Agreed. One update ever two weeks is much better then 2 updates every month. Keeps the server fresh and gives us something new to talk about.

Well yea and that to.
Staff of Light could of been out weeks ago but no staff is willing to make the quest for it, the NPC is already done.....
So many staff are working on their own seperate ideas and so I agree with Brad and I think they should work on 1 project all together, 1 project at a time so a lot more projects get done on time and sooner so we don't have to sit their day by day waiting 3-4 months waiting until a staff member finally decides to make a simple quest...If I could make quests I guess I would try and make one and send it in but I can't so I won't..but maybe if more players would apply for Level Maker or NPC Scripting and they put more ideas out into the G2k1 world than new stuff can probably be developed and than added to make G2k1 funner...

I was supposed to be hired to manage the development team and focus them and whatnot, but it kinda went down the shitter. Be happy. Every decision staff makes further brings 2k1 down, which is why I am focusing on Dustari and not really caring about developments on 2k1.

I completely agree. The economy is completely messed up. If you dont play every day, it is almost impossibly to make enough money for it to matter....Also, there arent enough FUN jobs for bomys. I think the whole system need to be rethought.

Just one problem, not everyone has 50+k.

Those that just got a diamond axe would be pissed to find out that the economy was reset and they have to go through all the crap they went through the first time to earn the 500g needed to get the diamond axe. It takes forever to earn a lot of money. Those who have 50+k spent a long time to earn it, are you saying the staff should take what they earned to balance the economy, no. A reset might sound good now, but I believe it will accomplish nothing but annoy the people who aren't mega-rich. Don't just wipe out a player's fortune, give him more ways to spend it.

I could not have said it better myself, those who have a lot of money earned all of it. Taking all they have because the economy sucks is a bad idea. It will only drive people out of 2k1

if we had npc things (like the parrot, and other things) you could make it so that when you win an event, you get like, event points

and you can trade event points in for fun npc things
