Read only warning

Make a warning if you open a level thats read only so that you know your changes wont be saved

So people can look, and not change, like adding it to FTP, so that the others, can't screw up the levels

Because I copied a whole lot of levels onto a cd to transfer to another computer and when I copied them off, they were read only, and the windows thing to fix that in me doesnt work for me
