Posting this on behalf of psichill/ramsey:

He was recently masked (we believe) from the forums.

He can log on, but cannot see any forums. Attached is what he sees.

No one knows why.

Can someone please explain?

dont that mean he's banned from fourms? i think it might... XD
but i waz never banned from fourms, so i dun know

Maybe because he was requesting CD keys a bit ago.

when your banned it gives you a message....tell him to try to refresh

He's masked. I was before. Not banned. There's a difference.
To elaborate on the masking, most everyone is masked from the private forums. You don't see them, and can't do anything with them. Ramsey was masked from all forums for violating some sort of rule.
