Erm, vB code and UBB code are practically seen the same. At least I make use of two boards normally this one and a UBB board, well the codes are both exactly the same, and the smileys too. Only thing is that this one has avatars and stuff.

Don't forget that the UBB uses flat files and the vBulletin uses a MySQL database.
