NPC Server Question

I heard there was a readme file or something that helps you learn how to use NPC Server... I really need to find this out so we can start studying NPC server with System-ex

The txt file might help but I think the only true way to learn NPC Server is to have access to it

I think the best way to learn about the npc server without actually having one is to read the npc server forums =D
