You should be able to catch things, and people, on fire.

Like,
you hold a match/torch on a person for about three seconds, they start to set on fire. Same with some objects.

The system I made for my playerworld before I stopped working on it allowed small HP losses like 1 hp and it had poison and sleep as well.

2002's best feature is the hill feature. walking along a hill makes your x,y position change either up or down

L33t feature = Ignore players chats. hehejh better yet. In-game ignoration. If you ignor someone on the playerlist, you never have to see them again. Graal doesnt draw them on the screen. now THAT would be a l33t feature. hehehe
