I think Playerhouses should be built by the players and bought with 1 down payment. Like 7000 or so. Then like its up forever untill you sell/give it away. Rent is stupid if you own the house. Mortgage on the otherhand...

i kinda agree but i think player houses should have such high rent even though i never have enought money for an apple

You dont have to pay RENT on your house. Only a mortgage. And even that goes away after a while, after you payed off your debt to the bank (plus intrest becasue they are interested in your money)

i wasn't supposed to have to pay rent on it but i guess stefan's rent system messed it up and took my ownership
