Connection Problems...

I'm posting this for a friend, Maximus. Since the week of December 16th, whenever he's tried to connect to Graal, he receives a "Connection could not be established" error message before the server list loads. To make matters more interesting, whenever he attempts to connect to a Graal Online website (graalclassic,graal2001,etc.) he gets the "Page can not be displayed" message.

He's connected to the 'net via Optimum Online (cable, static IP). Any troubleshooting or ideas would be much appreciated -_-;;
