npccontrol.exe is for the ownerz only

other NPC Admins need Termina_Admin which is lvl 4 rc to use NPC Server with an (NPC Admin) tag. simply pm the commands to the server, ask Rick to send you the npc server info

well.. what can you do with those commands anyways? you cant use most of them without npcs server
