as in,i get the item,and when i use it, it does a gani,how would i do this

now heres what im trying to do
i got it to play the gani i wanted
but how do i get it to hurt for each slash i do etc in the gani
i edited valens valenrage.gani for offline use and it looks really cool,but i dont know how to make it an attack
