When the server was shut down, did spar ratings reset?

no cause my awesome 491/75 rating is still ok,but if an rc edits your attributes or account it is reset

yes thats why my rating is so low my 300g from rent was taken before the houses wer updated so i lost my 1800/75 rating and after that i decided i wanted to see if the 0/75 bug is there where if you get to 0/75 it takes you directly to 4000/75
