Player gani + NPC Gani

Hello all, i have a little request, i take a example:

Assassination, the animation show the player behind the npc and chop his head. How to see the npc attributes, or default npc attributes without making a gani for different characters (npcs)?

Idk if you see what i mean, it's probably complex x)
