Manually approve computer

About a week ago my computer broke, so I had to resort to using an older computer until I get enough money to fix it. Anyways, my Graal account has the computer identification protection on. I did what it told me in the email, and it didn't work.

To make a longer story short, is there an administrator that can manually approve my computer so that I can log on? I sent an email to [email protected], and they have yet to get back to me, and it's been over a week.

Thanks.

I've played off and on, but I never made a goodbye thread or anything like that. You must be thinking of someone else.

+ Thanks, I will try contacting Tig.

I believe he would need to get on the currently approved computer to disable the security. His computer is actually broken.

Support actually replied to me, and I can now log on. Took a while, but everything is good now.
