Command+Q on Mac

Sometimes while I'm on Graal I might open the web browser, or any other program. Once I am done with that program I quit it by using Command+Q shortcut, but almost all of the time it closes the program I'm using and immediately closes Graal as well. Is this a known bug, or is it only happening to me? If it's a known bug then I'll wait for a new Mac client release. But if not, is there a way to add a confirm to quit box if one presses Command+Q to quit?

I am running Mac OS X 10.6.4 (Snow Leopard). I don't know if you need any other information.
