An issue that needs to be resolved now....
Hello,
I am contacting the Global Support Team on here because the Support Desk is closed. This is in reference to an account that has been purchased by me, stolen away, e-mail address changed and now someone else has ownership of the account. I had submitted a support ticket regarding this issue and they asked me for a transaction ID. This account was purchased around the years of 2003-2005, I am unsure exactly where to locate the transaction key. However, I can provide you with the following information that was used to purchase the account:
1. Original e-mail associated with the account
2. Payment method
3. Name on Credit Card
I am positive that you can look into your records and find a match for the original purchase of the account with the above 3 listed information.
I am getting extremely fed up with the lack of support. Not only did I purchase this account with my credit card but I purchased the account name (meaning no one else can register it) as well as the lifetime classic that was attached to it.
We need to resolve this or other actions will be taken.
