Apartments
hmm....
there should be apartments....
that you design a room....
a small room ofcourse(about 1/4 of a house)
and you pay the rent for it...
it would eliminate the playerhouse problem
because you could have about 2 houses with about 20 owners

The level of abusive admin has gone down, slightly. I think I found a patter, adbusive admins have a terminal disease that makes them believe gralats are real money, and that if they can't pay there house rent they will be kicked out and forced to wear the hitchhike-shield.gif

I would prefer the apartment rental NPC system over the playerhouse one. I hear a lot of the times that the owners scam their tenants and likewise the tenants their owners. Having apartments over playerhouses won't have any effect on abusive admins, they will steal your money either way. Perhaps the apartment rental system is a way for people to afford to store their money in a cheaper and safer manner
