Passing is 1/999999999999999999999999% of getting up, some playerworlds have passed numerous times and wait a lot of months, not that easy.

Considering that 1/999999999999999999999999% has no real basis in any type of math, that's a real good fact too.

Umm it doesn't mean its going up if it passes by the PW Management team...They send it to Stefan so he can go over it if he don't like then no server go up!
