Admins which should have some power (In my opinion):

Events Admin
Police Chief (Not the usual police, only their chief)
The GM's (Stefan and Unixmad at the moment)
The Global Graal Admins.

No they should not attain powers, most of the positions are frivolous as it is, we don't need to make them have more power than what is necessary.
