I know This Has Been Discussed Before But....
How can IceHick break so many rules yet never be banned? It puzzles me.

he gets banned a lot
but always gets un banned
but he also some how keeps finding bugs and turning them in,
so he's good at that

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. He would just say they stole his money if they unbanned him, or they'd get in trouble for taking a bribe. Also, any admin who could unban him could just give themselves that much money just about as legally as unbanning him for his money.
