Yah i got jailed for throwing bushes at saints who were hitting me with swords. My freind played the first 8 minutes i think on that server with the account i used so i didnt know what was going on, and i get jailed for throwing bushes at saints. When i was in your 'jail' i heard the lufia midi play and you guys shouldnt of had that in there, im sure you got more. Oh in the thread i started called 'New server Providence might be screwed' i was talking about having that midi in there, and stefan says he wants it gone. Oh and did i mention i got jailed for throwing bushes at saints?

I answered a question and i explained why i didnt know not to pk and yes i still think its bullshit that i got jailed when they were swing swords back, and my only weapon was some respawning bushes. And i figured he might as well know about the midi thing if he works there...

i've already explained why its ok in another thread, the one where you told me to read the responses, well, i guess you should of taken your own advice. vgmusic is not doing anything wrong because they dont make any money from you downloading music. they make money from the adds probably. and when you use something in a server its part of it, 'effect' or not if its used in the server its part of it. cause all graphix and audios are effects that improve the product in some way or another. vgmusic doesnt get in trouble from anybody cause they arent making money from their music. I dont wanna explain this all over again just find my thread where i wrote it before.

But midis aren't the original score, directly from the original game, so it wouldn't necessarily be illegal.

no not off the midi, but its still part of your server, you cant say the midi isnt part of your server cause its used in it. People pay for an account to access that server so yes it is wrong to use it, and freddyfox it is still illegal, stefan already said it cant be used, cant use midis with the same melody or sounds similar to song from another game.

lol....I was pkin.....but instead of being put in jail they made me a dragon =D...which is sorta cool even though in a way its sorta like a curse tyne put on me, lol, and is the main attraction for people to pk even more =\.....but I think itll be cool if the dragons can do more stuff! XD
