For me, the hour is always off (although there is probably some option to change time zone that I am not aware of). Sometimes the minutes are right, and other times they are off.

yeah hour = timezone
but timezone usually dont affect minutes xD

They would by at least 30 minutes if you're in the cities:

Darwin, Adelaide, Yanong, Sri Jayawardenapura, Chennai, and many more...

or around 45 minutes for Kathmandu. (GMT +5:45)

Servertime is the exact, if not close to, time it is where the server is located =D
