Yeah, I just went and bought Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and I was wondering if anyone has some good sites for beginners. I'd like to learn how to make GFX's and everything so thats why I ask.

Just play around with it. It depends on what you want to do with Photshop, Pixel art, Web GFX, CGing, Photo touching up and altering. There are tons of things you can do with Photoshop and ImageReady (which should come with photoshop)
