Changing E-Mail on account.

I got a new computer the other day, and I am probably going to install Graal in one of the next few days. I have a very important question though. I no longer have access to my old email that is registered from my account. I do have my account protected my computer ID. I know there is a "change email" section on the member's section of the website, but every time I try to do it, it gives me an error message. I do have gold.

Has anyone successfully changed their email used for their account? I have an old account with an account name to log in with, not an email. If I send a ticket can they manually change it?

Like Imerialistic said since there is no other way to contact staff, use forum PM. And if you have questions about things like this please use the forum search and you will find how to contact staff when having e-mail problems.
