I've sent you a PM with the small ZIP package containing the Level Editor and the required DLL's. Just as a couple of questions, though, that may relate to your problem:

Are you running Windows Vista?

if Yes,
Is your Graal folder located in your Program Files folder (Usually C: \Program Files\Graal)?

Well, the second part of the question related to the fact that Graal (through the Install Packages function) will not be able to write EXE files to the Program Files folder and sub-folders in Windows Vista as they're classified as protected System Folders, generally controlled by the User Account Control (UAC) in Vista which isn't invoked through Graal's downloading of EXE's to the folder, since it's not an actual Windows Installation process.

I had a similar issue when I first got my Vista PC. The only solution I found was to move my Graal Folder to a "Users" folder such as "Documents" or "Downloads" or as I did in "Saved Games". Should work perfectly fine in any of those folders.

Edit: I didn't realise Pics1.png wasn't already in there. I will attach it to this post. Add it to the folder \levels\tiles

... still same.
If I dont start with fullscreen, nothing happens(theres NO graalsymbol on task or ANYWHERE! But I know the programm runs)
If I start with fullscreen, all goes white and out.
(I change to fullscreen with: startinfullscreen=true )

that sucks!

When I was running Windows Vista Graal worked fine in my program files folder. However my brother is still running Windows Vista Business 64 bit and the graal folder has to be in Users as you said before.
