Tales (in Dev)
Hello Everyone,
The server that me and my crew are making will be a midieval type server. The name of the server will be Tales (currently Dev smokeraider)
There will be many of things things to do on the server!
Such as:
-Level your character with a unique level system that will make leveling even more fun than it originally is. This will play a pretty big factor as to how skilled you are in certain areas of the game.
-There are no Classes to choose from whatsoever. You can be whatever you want to be, there are no limitations. you can be a fierce Warrior with Mage abilities aswell. You decide!
-There will be many variations on how to get money for your gear or spells skills etc. Many of which I do not want to completely blurr out at this time.
-Build your own character as you want it, and dont fear if you did something that you did not like then you can always start on something else without reseting your character.
-Tales is going to be a Role Playing and also Pk server.(there will be something nice for the oldbies too)
With 1 endless quest that will be updated everytime to keep you people in action and not idle off into a trading center, in example: Graal Kingdoms.
-PKing other people will be fair, there are no advantages of being a specific type of class. The best way to win is to have the pure skill and abiltiy to beat your opponent. So this means that all skills will be balanced to each other, except a limited few that will be slightly more powerful than the others, for those who work hard on obtaining it.
-Sure their will be many side quests, and alot of side things to do to always keep you busy and having fun!
-You will always be able to upgrade your armor and weapons the way you want it. The way this will work, you will be able to have two 'Enchants' on a weapon, that then gives it an abbreviation in its name. Example: You have a plain sword, you find a Fire Augmentation, and know someone who can enchant it(alchemy it) to a ability called Aegmon. You use the Augmentation and Enchantment on the weapon to then give it the name Aegmon Sword of Fire. This will give it certain +'s to the weapon, making it better and more interesting. This will allow people to create thousands of different types of weapons.
-We will try to make the server as playable as we can.

Tales:
*Your in school.
*The bell rings.
*The Master Ask you to return a book that the wizard in the forrest has loaned.
Wait up my boy..
I Have a task for you to do for me.
I will give you something for the effort.
This is what you must do.
Go to the forrest, and walk the path.
At the end there will be a house.
In that house there lives a Wizard.
He has a book from the school libary.
I dont know why he loaned it,
Becouse there is absolutly nothing special about it...
Well atleast i dont think so,
But his loan time has passed, so the book has to be returned.
Go now, and return savely.
*Going to the forrest
*Walking true the forrest.
*Arriving at the wizards home.
*He is not home and the door is locked
*He left a note on his door
Note: im south of the forrest collecting berries for a potion.
Just follow the road deeper into the forrest,
untill you endup at a pasage inside the thick forrest.
if its important. otherwise please wait.
*Going to the thick forrest
*Entering
*Looking for the wizard
*Found him in one of the levels, he is picking berries

Oooh i see now your from the school west of the forrst.
I think i already know why your here *hehe*
Its about the book i loaned isent it?
Well alright, i finished reading it 4 days ago.
Just did not have time to return it

You see im collecting berries to make a potion for a sick girl in town.
she has some desece and i happen to know what can heal her.
I seen it before when i traveled alot to learn magic.
Anywho lets head back to my place, I have got enought barries anyway.
*Walking back to the wizards home with the wizard
*the wizard removes the note
*wizard enters the house and so can you.
Welcome to my humble cottage.
Please waint untill i have made the potion for the sick girl.
I want you to give it to her on the way to school to return the book also.
Im sure she will give you a reward for it.
Becouse she will be very happy.
The potion im going to make has direct effect.
Well just hold on while i finish making this potion.
*Wizard starts making the potion
*Pickups the book while he finishes the potion
*Giveing it to the player.
Well here you go lad.
Hurry up now she does not have much time left,
Please come by soon *thehe*, i get lonely sometime.
*Walking back to town.
*Something Happends.
*The book falls out of your pockets(hands whatever) and starts shaking.
*The book opens.
*Screen starts to fadein
*You get warped to another level into the sky it seems.
*Fadeout again.
*You find yourselfe in a white place with clouds and a desk with an old man sitting behind it.
Oh my goodness!!
What do we have here?
Can it realy be possible?
Has all these years of waiting finaly has turned out good...?

Well thats good news.
Then you are it, the one i have been waiting for.

Let me explain on what is happening here,
And why you were picked above all others.
....
Monsters came from another demention true a portal.
They scaterd all over our world.
Someone and we dont know who yet opened the portal,
And what real has happend when the portal had been opened,
But we still have good news,
And that news is you..
You are one of the people who can close the portal.
You are decented from a great wizard.
That wizard have closed a portal before just in time.
He was a great wizard and more powerfull then any of us.
So you cant close the portal alone.
But now he does not lives anymore and the evildoer could open it without any trouble.
The wizard gave his decented a special spell.
A spell that would close the portal ones again.
Now i also dont know what that spell is so you will have to figure that out.
Go to the next town there lives a man who can help you further with this....
..
Now go in haste my friend.
Oh.. and before you go i would suggest that you get some decent equipment.
Becouse the monsters are fearless and know no remorse.

*You get warped back again to the forrest
*Pickup the book again. for the side quest.
*Killing monsters for money
*Getting decent equipment(noob armour,sword staff whatever) depends on what you want to be.
*You cant go to the next town without armor becouse a guard will stop you from going.
