Well like 50 people come on here asking a day for people to teach them so I put that their to let them go read that instead of asking people.

You mean they are asking how to use paint as in Microsoft's Paint?
That is the most basic drawing program in history. Even 10 year olds plays with it.

I played with it when I was 8

I dont think he means HOW to use the PROGRAM, more like how to do good graphics...

the site tells you about how to use paint. they are basic stuff
