Trouble with Mailing System

I was testing this mailing system out, and this class doesn't seem to work. The script doesn't seem to be creating the clientr strings. (see attachment).

This script is originally from Rapidwolve's entry (Mailing System) into the Code Gallery. -just didn't want to revive it out of nowhere.

I'm also attaching the dbNPC and the other classes and etc.

P.S. I also added "join" features for the classes inside the post office level.
