Smile Friend Invitation & Gift Wish

We have added a new way for inviting friends and also making it easier to let your parents or friends buy a subscription for you:

Either click on the new start menu entries for "Invite a Friend" or "Send Gift Wish", or click on the new buttons in the Shop Window (only shown on Zone and Kingdoms).

Friend invitation: send an invitation to a friend, automatically creates an account so he/she can directly start to play. You will get 10 percent of everything your friend is buying converted to Gelats, e.g. 1 Year upgrade -> 240 Gelats, 1 SMS which adds 200 Gelats -> you will get 20 Gelats. This is a promotion to attract new players, so it will not work with old accounts.

Gift Wish: sends an email to your parents or friends with a link to the website for buying the selected item. No further authorization or login required. That works for any item or subscription that is currently available on the website.

If you have questions about this then please ask

Awesome! This will make people actully wanna recruit their friends. Because of the benefits. I think this will improve graalonline's playercount dramatically in the long run.

"Suggestion".

How about a way to import msn/aol contacts e-mails. Aswell.
So we can "spam" mail people. It's easier to attract people if you send a 100 e-mails to a 100'd people.
Then if you just send it to one person.

And I think alot of people would do this because of the benefit's they can make of it.

Thumbs up! This really is a good idea, except that we'd need more functions for the gelats to actually make this work

It seems kind of redundant to get the person who will be receiving the gift to 'request' for it, and kind of takes the surprise factor away too

If you live in a world where you expect everyone to take note of your every desire... it must be a very "surprising" world indeed

I'd expect people who are buying me gifts to know me enough as to if I would like/need a Graal subscription or not..

But if you wait and hope that your wishes are heard of then you will wait forever, and we wouldn't make money

Importing address lists could be interesting yes.

More significant here is that it's easier to get around the problem of not having a credit card now that you don't need to give someone access to your account to have them upgrade it for you.
