PM-Spam about the Election

I don't like that I have received pm-spam which told me to elect a certain person, which used a really great argument (similar to: vote him, he built a cool castle) .
I regard that as PM-Spam, furthermore it quite surprised me because I didn't even knew that I was still member of Samurai.

There should be rules against this, I neither want this in my Email nor OGCC-PM mailbox, as its PRIVATE MESSAGE, which obviously excludes an electional message by someone I don't even know.
