I'm looking for a Lead Designer who will:

- manage a team of free gfx artists
|_you have excellent organization skills (favorably used to graal.net task system)
|_you are able to hire artists independently if necessary
|_you have experience with filemanagers (favourably worked with Remote Control)

- supervise the aesthetic result of the development process
|_you have an interest in life simulation, artificial intelligence, sci-fi and dystopia
|_you like to play rpg's like "Fallout" and "Ultima Online"
|_you can examine a game continuously

Reopened, cause I still need some graphic artists for:

-Animals (or Aliens?)*
-Tools (everything to build, repair, modify something)
-Simple Housing (tents)
-camping equipment (portable stove, sleeping bag, camp bed, flashlight etc.)

-Weapons (rifles, spears, bows, knifes, clubs, forks, spoons, pencils, etc.)
-Traps (everything from cage to leghold)
-Explosives
-Shelter (tiles and machinery)
-Scenery of destroyed post-modern civilization
-Undead*

I take everything you make, even if its just a dummy. You can be hired too, but you will be mentioned at the Credits in any case. Make sure your graphics look more realistic and less like plastics. Ratio is Graal standard (a guy is 3x3 in height and width).
