I think staff should keep us updated on some of the projects there working on. Maybe they could start a forum, or use current ones, to let people know what is coming in the near, or late, future. Advertising is always good.
I'm not saying set a date for stuff and it has to be done by a certain time... We all know how that usually turns out. Plus this would also let us know which projects are abandoned, which ones are gonna be in place, or anything that we have to look forward to.
this would also help in the percentages of resubscribing. People that don't play gk anymore usually still check the forums every so often. If there was a certain forum for updates for them to check. You would have more of a chance of persuading them to resubscribe.
