Change my account e-mail?

Basis:
I made a separate e-mail account for my graal account to work. Problem is, I remember registering the e-mail that I use now with a previous account, however that was a trial when I used to play back then and I forgot the password to it.

So what I want to know is whether I could have my D4rKv310c1ty account e-mail changed to [email protected]

because i've noticed atm i'm missing out on all the V5 newsletter updates.
