Ugh

Every time an update or even somthing new to download for a server is making my game slower and slower . My computer should just be uber it passes every requirment

Yes it would help if you tell us your stats. I do not have any trouble with Graal slowing down on Mac OS X.

maybe i need a tad more ram but thats a defrent story

Have you tried enabling and disabling the TrueType fonts in the F3 options?(You might have to press Fn-F3 in order to open it depending on your computer's configuration)

Also try logging onto Zodiac or such and open "Activity Monitor" in "Utilities", and check how much memory and CPU it is using.
